This HDPE pipe line adopts Two Sets of specially designed high efficient five-section type Extruders,the first one for Middle Layer Extrusion (Raw materials),the second one for inner & outer layer Extrusion (with new materials), its screw and barrel was independently designed by KAIDE company. 






? Three Layers Die Head Moulds 

? The HDPE pipe making machine use spiral die head, which ensures the stability of high speed extrusion;
